Brent, a long time ago, you described an External Weblog Editor Interface (
http://inessential.com/2004/05/25/external_weblog_editor_interface
).

I can't even find the original description anywhere on the web, but this
still works really well and Vienna uses it to interface with at least 9 apps
that I know of.

We should define something like this for "Actionable Items" or whatever you
want to call them...
