Sorry, I do not have the willpower to exactly describe exactly all the
subtleties that make GMail more useful for me :-) If you have not used GMail
extensively for a while, it would be really hard to describe some of the
things it does right.

Not really. Unfortunately, nothing in OS X is really ready for this ATM. You
have to use stupid hacks and workarounds to hand around domain names like "
ströck.com <http://xn--strck-lua.com>".
