Wrapping

Hi,

We've talked about top-posting, HTML and other things people seem to 
have strong opinions about, but we haven't discussed wrapping yet.

As with the other issues, there is a recommendation for doing text=plain 
with a break before column 80. If you don't want that, you can always 
use "format=flowed".

Which do we want to have? Do we even want to give the user an option for 
this one? F=f seems to have widespread support, does not break 
compatibility, and 90% of the users are using it anyway (whether they 
know it or not).
